Traces is a creative forum which enables students of St. Aloysius College  to collectively reflect and represent life in their communities using media tools such as photography, video, and animation. The goal is to create connections between the urban community and the classroom, to find collective solutions to shared concerns, and to start learning and developing new strategies for positive social change.

The process is two-fold: training the students in specific skills (video, animation, photography) and encouraging them to use these tools to understand themselves better and engage with their surroundings. The pictures and videos produced by the students will travel in public exhibitions, registering a dynamic imagination of urban life and its complexities.
